These Terms of Service apply when you use whatahole.com, request an estimate, or book drywall repair with WhatAHole. WhatAHole is operated by Zip Bid LLC. The registered A2P 10DLC brand name is Zip Bid LLC A2P Messaging Bundle.
Online estimates are approximate. They are based on the photo and answers you provide. The final price can change after we see the job in person if the damage, access, texture, or other conditions differ from what was shown.
A deposit holds your appointment. You pay that deposit through Stripe when you book. Cancel 48 hours or more before the visit and the deposit is refunded. Cancel less than 48 hours before the visit and the deposit is kept. We may also keep the deposit if we arrive and cannot complete the work because of inaccurate information or conditions you did not disclose.
We only book jobs in ZIP codes we currently service. If your ZIP is outside our area, we will tell you before a booking is completed.
By checking the optional box on the WhatAHole booking form, you agree to receive appointment reminder and visit-update text messages from Zip Bid LLC / WhatAHole (brand name: Zip Bid LLC A2P Messaging Bundle) at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency is a few texts per booked job. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to book. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You must have the right to upload any photo you submit. Photos should show the damage we are asked to repair. Do not upload photos of people, children, or anything unrelated to the drywall work.
We are responsible for the drywall repair we agree to perform. We are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses, or for delays caused by weather, access, materials, or information that was incomplete or incorrect.
