WhatAHole is the customer-facing name of Zip Bid LLC. The registered A2P 10DLC brand name is Zip Bid LLC A2P Messaging Bundle. This Privacy Policy explains how Zip Bid LLC (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use whatahole.com to get a drywall estimate or book a repair.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

Photos you upload of wall or ceiling damage
ZIP code, job address, name, email, and phone number
Appointment details and whether you opted in to text reminders
Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
Device and usage data, including pages visited, through privacy-focused analytics

How we use it

We use this information to estimate the job, check whether we service your area, schedule and complete the repair, take a deposit or invoice payment, and contact you about your appointment. If you check the SMS box at booking, we also send appointment reminder and visit-update texts.

Text messages

If you opt in, Zip Bid LLC / WhatAHole sends appointment reminders and related visit updates to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency is a few texts per booked job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are used only to send the appointment messages you requested, and to the messaging provider that delivers those texts.

Who we share with

We share information only as needed to run the business:

Stripe, to process deposits and invoices
Twilio, to deliver opted-in text messages
Our hosting provider, to operate the website
AI estimate tools, to review a photo you upload and return a quote
Our technicians, so they can complete the job

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep job, estimate, and contact records as long as needed to finish the work, handle deposits or invoices, and meet ordinary business and tax needs. You can ask us to update or delete information that is not required to keep.
